Dear Maintainer,

in the "Music" tab of the "Preferences" menu, when choosing "Ogg Vorbis" with
"variable bit rate" as the preferred format, the quality slider seems to go
from -0.1 to 0.9 instead of -1 to 10 (see man oggenc).
However, the actual encoding is then done "correctly", i.e. I tried with slider
position 0.7 and the result was a quality 7 ogg.
So this bug only concerns the number displayed above the slider.
