#772466 gnome-tweak-tool: gnome-tweal-tool now seems to only change window border and gtk+ of other applications, not including Nautilus, System Setting.

	-Normal operation, changing the settings of tweak tool.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
	-Reinstall jessie.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
	-It seems only old versions work as expected.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
	-Nautilus, System Setting window border and gtk should change as well.
