Dear Maintainer,

I have an Intel Core i3-4350T with HD Graphics 4600 on an Asrock
H81TM-ITX R2.0 motherboard connected via DVI to a Dell 1704 FPT
monitor (17", native resolution 1280x1024@60Hz).  When using the
intel driver in jessie I have the upper left portion of a 1920x1080
screen showing in my monitor and xrandr reports this:

VGA1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI1 connected 1280x1024+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 338mm x 270mm

What I really have is HDMI (disconnected) and DVI (connected).  There's
no VGA or DisplayPort or 1920x1080 device.

I can't disable either display without losing the signal to my monitor.

If I use a DVI to HDMI adapter the monitor shows up as HDMI2, but I
still have the fake monitor and the partial screen.

I didn't see this problem when using the VESA driver under wheezy (but
had other problems).
