Running GNOME Shell on current sid, and starting the screen reader
(menu-alt-s). It reads e.g. the top-right menu correctly.

Clicking the Activities button, and moving the mouse pointer on
various Favorites.

   > * What was the outcome of this action?

Being told the name of these Favorites.

   > * What outcome did you expect instead?

Nothing that I would notice.
