exim paniclog /var/log/exim4/paniclog on host has non-zero size, mail system
might be broken. The last 10 lines are quoted below.

2014-12-29 13:53:45 Exim configuration error:
  tls_require_ciphers invalid: gnutls_global_init() failed: Failed to acquire
random data.
What is this?

After googling for this GnuTLS error, I have found two bug reports
which both boiled down to a bug in libeatmydata.

Please confirm that you are not running with libeatmydata.
