Dear Maintainer,
issuing a dpkg-reconfigure tzdata to change the timezone of the machine
is not taken into account in the time displayed by iceowl-extension.
The displayed hours are using the timezone the machine was using while
installing the package.
Note that icedove do change the time of mails accordingly to the current
timezone. I'd expect the same behaviour for iceowl-extension.
