please compile xmobar with the parameter `with_datezone`.

Currently the following configuration is not allowed with the Debian
package:

Hi François,

Unfortunately the timezone-olson and timezone-series packages required
for this are missing in Debian. I'll try to get them packages once
Jessie's freeze is over.

Someone needs to package the relevant timezone libraries.
