Dear Maintainer,

After less than one week,
Libreoffiche crash each time i to want open LibreOffice Basic to edit
some Macro.
The file
"/home/user/.config/libreoffice/4/user/registrymodifications.xcu" is
near 395 kio.

I see that delete
"/home/user/.config/libreoffice/4/user/registrymodifications.xcu" solved
the problem.
But after less than one week ...

Thank you Maintainer.

Hi,
they confuse the version tracking...

bpo-only bugs belong to debian-backports ml, for here use "proper" versions
(and ideally test with that version, not the bpo rebuild which uses different
libs at times, etc..)

Well, what do you have there? Loads of macros? Or what?

Mine is also 341K. Don't believe it matters that much...

.. hmmm. Interesting...

Regards,

Rene

Dear Maintainer,

https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/fr
I try to install libreoffice-dbg on my wheezy, but it was to big for my
/usr.
I reproduce it on a jessie with the same "registrymodifications.xcu".

I do:
cd /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/
valgrind --tool=memcheck --num-callers=128 --trace-children=yes
./soffice.bin 2>&1 | tee /tmp/valgrind.log

I join the valgrind.log.

*** More informations about the crash conditions ***
I open my document with the mouse, i go to "Tools","Macros","Organize
macros", "LibreOffice Basic..."
After i go to a macro of my document in the Widows "Macros LibreOffice
Basic", i press "Edit" and LibreOffice crash.

But if i go to "My Macros and dialog box","Standard","Module1" (a blanc
module) in the Widows "Macros LibreOffice Basic", if i i press "Edit",
LibreOffice is not crash.
And after i can go directly with the mousse in the a macro of my
document, LibreOffice is not crash.

Goodby Maintainer.

Dear Maintainer

I see that valgrind don't need libreoffice-dbg.

I make other valgrind investigation on my wheezy with java 6 and java 7
and the same "registrymodifications.xcu":
valgrind --tool=memcheck --num-callers=50 --trace-children=yes
./soffice.bin 2>&1 | tee /tmp/valgrind.log
(valgrind say --num-callers must be in 1 and 50 on wheezy)

I tried to clear the list of libreoffice recently used documents, but
this not solved problem.

PS :

1) Most of the time, close libreoffice (with the cross) create an
hs_err_pidXXXX.log on my ~/
2) Just once, on wheezy, a restoration of a document crash each time
libreoffice, delete "registrymodifications.xcu" have solved the problem.

Goodbye Maintainer

I join files for more investigation.

Thank you.
Cédric.

Dear Maintainer,

I clear list of used recently files in libreoffice.

After i test the "registrymodifications.xcu":
On a wheezy => Crash again (with two differents documents)
On a jessie => Crash again

I join the "registrymodifications.xcu"

Thank you Maintainer
Goodbye.

Hello Maintainer

An other way to solve this problem is:

Go to "Tools","Macros","Organize macros", "LibreOffice Basic..."
Go to "My Macros and dialog box","Standard","Module1" (a blanc module)
in the Widows "Macros LibreOffice Basic", press "Edit".
After going with the mousse in the a macro a document.

PS :

After this manipulation, i clear recently used document in libreoffice.

And do:

diff -c "registrymodifications_new.xcu" "registrymodifications_bug.xcu"
 > /home/user/diff.log

But i see no ones differences ???
But, if i put again "registrymodifications_bug.xcu" in libreoffice
profile, the problem come back ???

Goodbye Maintainer

Cédric
