Hi,

when a busy libvte based terminal windows is obscured, it will not
resume updating when it becomes visible again, until clicked with
mouse. For me, this is nearly 100% reproducible in MATE eg. when
running ls -lR on a sufficiently fast file system, and then either by
switching the desktop back and forth, or just by covering of the
terminal with another window.

Fix attached.

Hi Andreas,

I actually did, but this old version of libvte is abandoned. Freezing
does not happen with the current GNOME3 terminal and GTK3 version of
libvte.
