Here is the output of apt-get trying to install
xserver-xorg-video-intel, which causes a failure on installing libxvmc1

Hi!

I found, that /etc/X11/XvMCConfig was not a directory. It was a file.
So i deleted this file and created a directory instead per hand.

Then the install worked.

Now this directory doesn't exist any longer...

Please check that!

It was the first time, i needed the intel-graphics-driver.
