Hello!

I have a new Jessie system with an nVidia NVS 310 video card.  I am using the
nouveau drivers because I installed this system as EFI, and the nVidia drivers
for Linux don't seem to support UEFI.  I am using GNOME.

Since installing jessie, if I leave the GUI unattended for more than a day, the
X session crashes.  If I only leave the GUI unattended for a night, things work
fine in the morning.  The crash only happens if I am out for the weekend, or if
I am working remotely one day (and am only connecting in via SSH).

I noticed that the crash seems to have been recorded in the file at path
/var/log/Xorg.0.log.old, so I'll attach that.  I'll also attach the output of
`lspci -vvv`.

One thing worth noting:  You can see from the attached files that I do have an
Intel built-in video chipset.  That "card" is not being used at all.  Even in
the BIOS, I have the nVidia card set as the primary video card for the system.

Hello!

I'm updating this bug to confirm that the issue is still happening, but
once I switched to the binary nVidia drivers (via the nvidia-driver
package), the problem stopped.  So, this definitely seems like something
related to nouveau.  As a result, I'm moving the bug.

I checked out bug #698296, and this might be related, but that bug's log
doesn't show any "nouveau_exa_upload_to_screen:380" or
"nouveau_exa_download_from_screen:295" messages.
