When I choose "Open.." or "Save As.." menu I get message about internal error
and wings_crash.dump

additional information.

Open/close dialogs started to work when I change {current_directory} to "//home" in the "preferences.txt". 
But I can't open any directory that contain the names in Cyrillic.
