Dear Maintainer,

mp3cut makes the output file executable. I think it should not do so.
Here is a simple example:
-rw-r--r-- 1  0 Mai 12 13:13 test.mp3
-rwxr--r-- 1 72 Mai 12 13:13 test.out.pm3
