It would be nice if PET had a separate category listing packages
that are failing their autopkgtest checks on ci.debian.net.

The full ci.debian.net status is available at
http://ci.debian.net/data/status/unstable/amd64/packages.json

so it's "just" a matter of parsing that periodically and presenting
the data.
