But it links to http://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=adequate, which
says:

• 10 days old (needed 10 days)
• Valid candidate

What happens here is that the last time the testing and unstable package
were in sync is 14 days ago, because there were two subsequent uploads
to instable. It's true that DMD could be a bit smarter about that, and
figure out that, since it was uploaded again less than 10 days ago, it's
pointless to report that it's still not migrated.
