Sometimes, not always, placed folders or files in Desktop and then moving them
or deleting them makes the desktop unresponsive for almost 8 seconds. I had
previously reported this in thunar (bug report 788271) but now that I have done
further testing (found out it was tumblerd in htop) by removing all installed
tumbler packages (libtumbler-1-0, tumbler and tumbler-common) and rebooted many
times I was never able to replicate the issue, once again, I reinstalled the
removed tumbler packages and I was able to replicate the issue.
