Hi!

I noticed that two items in the "news" section are sorted incorrectly [1].
Two package versions that got accepted into the archive on the same day
are in the wrong order (i.e., the older version appears above the newer
version).
The time between them actually only differs by one second, but it should
still be possible to sort them with this information.
