Either opening an incognito session and accidentally openining a non-incognito
session from it,

OR opening an incognito session, then attempting to open a regular session.

Previously opened tabs and windows are not restored from the previous
non-incognito session.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
