Dear Maintainer,

I just installed plasma-desktop, I have previously been running kde4.

My normal setup (which works in kde4) is to bind alt+§ to yakuake, but
it does no longer work in plasma (nothing happens when I press the
keyboard combination).

No combination of § for a shortcut works (I tried to bind it to minimize
window to rule out yakuake), likewise nothing using åäö works. I tried
åäö as I have a swedish keyboard and none of those four (§åäö) buttons
exists on an US keyboard.
