The libtool manpage has this paragraph in the middle of the DESCRIPTION
section:

      GNU libtool home page: <http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/>.
      General help using GNU software: <http://www.gnu.org/gethelp/>.

I guess it should be somewhere else.
