Hi!

The d-shlibmove script checks the Section field of a binary package
stanza to be «libs» or «devel|libdevel» and fails otherwise, but this
does not take into account that the Section fields are inherited from
the source package stanza.

This has already caused a package to not fix the field duplication and
add a lintian override instead:
