#799058 libjs-jquery-fullscreen-plugin should be in section 'web', not 'ruby'

Hi,

libjs-jquery-fullscreen-plugin containt a jQuery plugin, but is in section
'ruby', perhaps because it is built from a ruby-using source package. Still,
JavaScript libraries belong to section 'web'. Please change that in a future
upload.

This was fixed long back, but the bugs was not closed. closing now.
