Hi,

I would be great if munin would support a dark theme nativly via configuration
files or templates in /etc _only_.

Until then here are two pointers how to patch the source(!) to achieve this:

applied to master/GraphOld.pm if one is only interested in dark images (eg for
displaying the images (only) on a dedicated display.
