context/service menus stopped working in dolphin (Version 15.08.1)

it seems related to this error:

KServiceTypeTrader: serviceType "KonqPopupMenu/Plugin" not found

i copied /usr/share/kde4/servicetypes/konqpopupmenuplugin.desktop  to
/usr/share/kservicetypes5/

and context menus in dolphin started working again
