   * What led up to the situation?
      plasma(kde5?) upgrade of kwalletmanager & kwalletd5

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
      Moved the old kwallet kwl & salt files out of the way & allow chrome to rebuild the kwalle; no good as new kwallet manager can't open old kwallet versions so restore of data imposible

   * What was the outcome of this action?
      ~100 accounts and passwords which I can't find the passwords for, even the xml extract from the upgraded kwallet is no good as chrome mangles the data (pickled?)

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
      Even if chrome & kwallet can't agree on versions, it would be nice to be able to see what the data that chome stuffed into kwallet actually was, that way I could manually re-enter the accounts & passwords
