Deploy the Jitsi Meet multi-party WebRTC-based conferencing solution on
Debian infrastructure as an alternative to Google Hangouts.

It would first be necessary to package all the dependencies.

Only Chrome (Chromium in Debian) currently supports multi-party WebRTC
calls but Firefix / Iceweasel should support it soon as well. This is
not a limitation of Jitsi Meet itself, it has always been a browser issue.

This requires more effort to support than many of the other wishlist
items currently being discussed. It may require more volunteers to make
it feasible.
