When LO opens a document in read-only mode (e.g. a mail attachment), Ctrl-Q/W do not work and the document/program can only be closed with the mouse or the window manager.
Same problem here, and libreoffice-impress also ignores pgup/pgdn to move between slides when in read-only mode. - Josh Triplett
