Dear Maintainer,

I upgraded to the reported version on 2015-10-16 but it took until a
reboot yesterday (2015-11-08) before dhclient was restarted. I only
noticed because logcheck tripped over the log message format changes
for DHCPACK and DHCPREQUEST.

I had expected that an upgrade would restart any running dhclient
processes.

I am aware that *most* dhclient users will trigger restarts as a side
effect of frequently changing interfaces and/or daily reboots. I just
happen to run a bulky 24/7 workstation on DHCP via a fixed cable where
these things are rather infrequent.

It would be nice if upgrading the package restarts running instances.
