Hi,

Corekeeper installs a sysctl snippet under /etc. This means that if
corekeeper is removed but not purged, the configuration will still be
applied.

Please install in /usr/lib/sysctl.d. Procps also reads from there
using a scheme like systemd-sysctl.

The init script uses --system since 2013, when it fixed a bug filed by... you ;)
