#806322 fcitx: incorrect candidate window position on hidpi display

Dear Maintainer,

On hidpi display environment, fcitx's gtk2 and gtk3 frontends are not shown
at correct window position.
This issue is fixed in upstream[1, 2, 3]. So I'd like to request upgrading
the debian package to fix this issue.
