Dear Maintainer,

please consider spliting testdisk in three binary packages:

1. `testdisk` for testdisk itself;
2. `photorec` for the independent `photorec` utility;
3. `qphotorec` for the Qt-based GUI for photorec (new in 7.0).

These three utilities have different dependencies and different uses, so
it makes sense to distribute them in separate binary packages.
