The OpenH264 plugin is not included in IceWeasel but the option to enable it
appears under Add-ons > Plugins. This could be confusing to some users. I have
not figured out a way to "remove" it.

Hi,

An openh264 package has just arrived in Debian.
Firefox could be built with it to get rid of the downloader.
