Dear Maintainer,

Psi+ automaticall gathers data on media files (usually only music) that the user is accessing, and broadcasts this to the XMPP server. This "feature" is called Tune Sending. This should be disabled by default, and never enabled without user consent.

I don't see any reason to make associal client by default.
Rules of sending notifications are described in XEP-0060.
Check there if something satisfies to your needs and still not implemented
in Psi.
