Description:
On one of my boxes, UID 0 (called "bob" for purposes of discussion) is
_not_ named "root"; there is no user named "root". However, when I ran
vlock as "bob", it asked me for bob's password. When I entered bob's
password incorrectly, vlock still asked me for root's password.
This behavior should be changed so that vlock checks to see if the
user's UID is 0, not if the user's name is "root".
