control: retitle -1 espresso: FTBFS on armel: hangs during the build

The MIPS issue was due to the lack of FPU on the build daemon. It has
now been built successfully on mips-aql-06. Retitling the bug
accordingly.

Hi Aurelien,

Wow, that's great news we finally have an FPU enabled mips autobuilder.

Not just for Quantum Espresso, but for a whole bunch of other Debichem
packages as well.

Will it be possible to say "please requeue on mips-aql-06" in the
future, in case we suspect testsuite timeouts are due to lack of FPUs?

It means blacklisting the packages on the other build daemons, but
that's doable. We'll also get more autobuilders with FPU in the next
days, so that should get easier.

My guess would be that the testsuite is just extremely slow on armel
(which uses software floating point).

Would it be possible to disable longer-running tests or is the testsuite
an all-or-nothing thing?

I just had espresso decrufted to remove the outdated armel build, thus
downgrading the severity.

Hi,

Unfortunately there has been a successful build in the mean time and
your package now doesn't migrate because the armel build isn't there.
