Just installed doxygen-gui, but upon running it it says
	# doxywizard
	This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb".

	Available platform plugins are: linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen.

	Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
	Abgebrochen

Upgrading libqt5gui5 from 5.5.1+dfsg-10 to 5.5.1+dfsg-16+b1 gets it running.

currently we depend on qtbase5-dev (>= 5.12.5+dfsg-3):
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/doxygen/-/blob/master/debian/control#L7
