Dear Maintainer,

Packages which previously included a test but have subsequently had it removed still
appear in the package list with the last result shown.

See, eg r-bioc-annotationdbi on ci.d.n: the test was last run (failed) in 2014 but the
result is still shown in the package list with no indication that the result is
1) very old and 2) applies to a package version superseded even in stable.

The web interface should probably stop listing packages for which the last result
is older than some threshold, or add an annotation indicating the age or that the
package version is no longer current.

explicitly lists the date and package version of when the test was last
run.

anyway, even though it would be nice to somehow handle the case where a
package has its test metadata removed, it is very low priority for me at
the moment. as usual, patches are welcome.

Obsolete results show up in all kind of places, e.g. in the alerts page,
in the status overview. I think it would be good for all practical
displays we ignore results older than a threshold of, say, half a year.

This particularly annoys me a bit currently when I try to investigate
tmpfails for loong64. Quite a lot of them have been removed from the
archive.

There is a "removed" column in the packages database, but it's not clear
what it's purpose is and if that should be used for this. I think not,
as a package can be removed from unstable and testing but still exist in
stable and oldstable for several years.
