When I run cpants_lint on an uncompressed tarball, it gives perl warnings:

$ apt-get source libwww-topica-perl
$ gunzip libwww-topica-perl_0.6.orig.tar.gz
$ cpants_lint libwww-topica-perl_0.6.orig.tar
Use of uninitialized value $vname in substitution (s///) at /usr/share/perl5/Module/CPANTS/Analyse.pm line 123.
Use of uninitialized value $vname in string eq at /usr/share/perl5/Module/CPANTS/Analyse.pm line 125.
