Hi.

I want to ask if debian will change the format of rsyslog.conf file to
RainerScript. I have one rsyslog file with config it the new format.
Also i haved made corrections in priority settings. This means that
the logs will be less filled with event with less priority than
warning.

thanks for the suggestion.
I don't think using RainerScript for the default log files provides any
significant benefits and it makes the file less readable.
One also has to consider that users are typically more familiar with the
classic log rules.


I thus do not plan to change the current rsyslog.conf in this way.
