The removal text for mumble is currently this:

  - mumble - https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mumble - removal on 2016-07-08

It should be this instead:

  - mumble - https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mumble - removal on 2016-07-08 (bug: #821639, #821723)

This is because the bugs apply to src:zeroc-ice instead of src:mumble:

Those bug numbers are already filtered out in the data dump generated by
how-can-i-help script on the UDD side. I'll look into it.
