Dear Maintainer,

I use Icedove to access news servers through the NNTP protocol.
When I try to show the source of a news article
(View -> Message Source or CTRL+U), an empty window
with the title "Icedove" appears.

For mails, this window contains the message source, and I expected
this behaviour for news articles as well.

Also, reloading the window content (CTRL+R) seems to open a new connection
to the NNTP server, but without issuing any commands. Why?

Icedove seems to implement RFC 977 + RFC 2980 instead of the
newer RFC 3977, or at least it does not take advantage of it.

this seems to be no Debian specific issue, so could you please file a
upstream bug within Mozilla Bugzilla?

It's impossible for us to communicate such issues to upstream if we
can't reproduce or don't use these features.
Please provide afterwards the upstream bug number so the BTS can track
it.
