NeoMutt patches provide a bunch of documentation in $SOURCEDIR/doc.
There are muttrc's for each feature. In $SOURCEDIR there are
README'S for each feature as well. We can take the chance to break
out a mutt-common package to put in all these documents as well as
other arch=all files. Lintian will be happy as well ;-) If help is
needed I can create an appropriate patch. Please let me know.

The mutt package no longer contains NeoMutt patches, so this ticket is
no longer relevant.
