Dear Maintainer,

   The webarchive interface displays spanish accents in attached files with wrong encoding
   for instance https://lists.debian.org/debian-l10n-spanish/2016/05/msg00043.html
   displays ó, á, etc with wrong encoding, this happens probably due to mhonarc uses
   the email message encoding (or the default encoding) to display the attachment and this
   attachment could have a different encoding the email message.

I see this behavior also with some attachments containing åäö getting
those characters mangled in Swedish and German.
