I use the new Include option in OpenSSH 7.3 so that I can split my
~/.ssh/config up into multiple files. Unfortunately bash_completion
does not yet support processing files referenced by the new Include
option. It would be great if this could be added to hostcomplete.

$ grep Include ~/.ssh/config
Include ~/.ssh/config.d/*
