I intend to orphan the dia-shapes package.

The package description is:
 Dia is an editor for diagrams, graphs, charts etc. There is support for UML

The attached file does not include any changes to dia-shapes except changing the maintainership.

@Rodrigo Do you still intend to adopt this? I have just reset the git to exclude your debhelper
version change which breaks the build.
