I think it would make sense to create also a package that install
directly the `deepzoom_server.py`. See install steps:

I suggest python-openslide-deepzoom-server as binary package name.

control: severity -1 wishlist

I consider this bug as of severity wishlist.  This does not mean that
the bug will not be cared but it reflects the proper relation to issues
in other packages.

As always patches are welcome in any case.
