While trying to use DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA to install test fixtures for
golang-procfs, I noticed that dh_golang did not copy symlinks, making tests
fail.

Still there, and in two more places: the main source walk in configure uses -e,
and install uses -d before the branch that recreates a symlink. All three tests
follow the link.
