turns up lots of results, however that path does not exist. This causes errors in the browser like "GET [$path] net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND"

A simple symlink to the fonts directory of the libjs-bootstrap package would solve this problem. Don't forget to add a runtime dependency, also.
