     Compose new message in evolution
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     File->New Message
   * What was the outcome of this action?
     Error message: Incorrect Face Image Byte Size
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
     Working Face Image

in evolution from Debian/testing I am unable to choose a Face Image for an
e-mail.

The error is always the same in that the Face Image size is too big und
evolution denies to choose a new one.

Error message:

Incorrect Face Image Byte Size
The Face image size is 2417 bytes, while it should not be more than 723 bytes.
Please select a PNG image of size 48 * 48 pixels, whose file size doesn't
exceed 723 bytes.

in the meanwhile I already own a freshly set up Debian/testing
installation and the problem I reported is gone.
