I tried to get opentoonz built, however the following still is a problem: (http://phd-sid.ethz.ch/debian/opentoonz) From https://github.com/opentoonz/opentoonz/blob/master/doc/how_to_build_linux.md: Building LibTIFF TODO: make sure we can use the system libtiff instead and remove this section. Features from the modified libtiff are needed currently, so this isn't a simple switch. Best,
Hi Theodore What does which flowblade say for you? Mine says /usr/bin/flowblade and starts pretty much normal. Best,
It's a been a number of years since this bug report/feature request has been opened. Can this been packaged for debian 13? Because the one and only reason I would use deb-multimedia is for OpenToonz native debs. A lot has changed since this was requested, it's at 1.7 right now with 1.8 coming out later this may. Is there any blocker for this? If you want to patch in a different libtiff, a fork of OpenToonz called Tahoma2D uses an updated libtiff rather than the modified version provided. You could see how and what it does to make a patch for when building the deb. https://github.com/tahoma2d/tahoma2d Thank you for your hard work and I hope this makes it into debian 13, making debian even better.
